If you found your way to my page, you might have recently gone through a breakup or are still emotionally hanging onto a past relationship and can’t seem to move on.

Whether you were the one doing the breaking up or were broken up with, I know it still can hurt.

Girl, I understand.

I’ve been there more times than I can count! I remember when I went through a particular breakup, it took me three years to totally move on. It was so bad I actually googled how to get over a breakup because I was so desperate to move on. But I couldn’t.

Fast forward several years and I am helping women like you heal from heartache through my signature coaching program.  I know the experience I went through, combined with my master’s degree in counseling and certificate in coaching was preparing me to holistically help my clients navigate the often painful experience of letting go of someone they loved and healing the wounds that were left in its wake.

Here I share the tools and practices that have helped me and my clients heal and move forward when going through a breakup.



These are the strategies and wisdom that I wish I knew about back when I was suffering through heartache and found myself spinning in a cycle of grief. This five-day meditation series is designed to help you let go of resentment, practice forgiveness, and to take an honest, compassionate look at yourself so you could be a more loving partner to yourself during this time. 

My hope is to make this experience a soothing tonic for your heart.

In The Breakup to Wholeness Meditation Series, you will receive:

  • A daily email for 5 days from me personally each including a crucial step that will address the parts of your heart that need your attention and love.

  • With each email, you’ll receive a recorded audio guided meditation that will soothe your nerves and support you in this daily transformational step.
